Coastal Dry Cleaners is expanding, and we’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Route Driver / Sales & Business Development Representative to help launch and grow our dry cleaning and laundry pickup and delivery routes!

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the road, meeting new people, building relationships, and helping a local business grow.

This position combines driving, customer service, marketing, and sales. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys talking to people, and is excited about bringing in new customers.

What You’ll Do

• Pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry orders to residential and commercial customers
• Help establish, develop, and grow new pickup and delivery routes throughout Baldwin County
• Spend part of your workday actively marketing our services and finding new customers
• Visit local businesses, offices, and other potential customers to introduce our pickup and delivery services
• Build relationships with residential and commercial customers to encourage repeat business
• Identify new sales opportunities and help increase route revenue
• Provide friendly, professional, and dependable customer service
• Ensure all orders are handled carefully and delivered accurately and on time
• Work independently while communicating with management about route performance and growth opportunities

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, dependable, and enjoys working with people.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Must have a valid driver’s license 
• Friendly, professional, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable approaching new people and introducing our services
• Motivated to find new customers and grow sales
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Able to work independently and manage their time effectively
• Positive, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable balancing driving responsibilities with marketing and sales activities
• Interested in building long-term customer relationships

Previous sales, marketing, or route development experience is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who has a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed!
