Customer Service Representative / Store Manager

Full-Time Position

Coastal Dry Cleaners is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative / Store Manager to join our team!

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and taking ownership of their workplace. You’ll help manage the daily operations of the store while making sure every customer receives the friendly, professional service we’re known for.

A strong customer-service mindset is a MUST for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Receive garments, enter/tag orders in our computer system, and check items for stains, damage, or special requests
• Answer phones and assist customers with questions or concerns
• Handle customer issues with a positive, solution-focused attitude
• Keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Monitor supplies and inventory
• Communicate with our production team about customer orders and special requests
• Help manage the day-to-day needs of the store and jump in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, positive, organized, and great with people. The right person should be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and treating the store and our customers with care.

You should be someone who notices what needs to be done and gets it done without always having to be asked.

Dry-cleaning experience is a plus, but customer service skills, dependability, and a great attitude are much more important.
